The MVP has been built, tested with the pilot club and first brand sponsor, and it works. There’s a clear initial product roadmap that prioritises features that will deliver on the brand vision to hyper engage players in real life sport. That in turn delivers the commercial model. Deep customer understanding exists in the business already with the CEO and Founder. As does the sales & marketing ability to deliver the Go-To-Market strategy milestone of 100,000 users post Seed investment. Plus, experience working as an App Product Manager and the detailed knowledge of what has been built to date which will provide this Technical Lead with great personal support. If you have an interest in rugby (the sport we’re launching in & the CEO’s background), or any team sport (where we’re expanding), that’s a real bonus. But the CEO Founder will bring that deep customer knowledge to the product roadmap and business priorities. You will bring the technical vision, expertise, and capability to bring the brand vision to life in market beating software. You’ll be a full stack engineer with the ability to project manage remote developers in a start-up environment. You’ll be able to write code yourself and speed up the development velocity.
