We’re hiring a Junior Marketing Manager to join the Marketing team on part-time basis. The Junior Marketing Manager will help to execute the strategy for GB & Ireland within the company’s Professional customer segment, which includes marketing goods to the hospitality, healthcare, lab and other similar industries. They’ll be responsible for raising awareness of the brand in these industries using a mixture of increased brand awareness and lead generation that will allow the Sales team to reach new customers. The candidate will undertake above and below-the-line marketing activity and engage with stakeholders both new and existing via trade shows, networking events, social media and any other lead generation sources. They need to have a knack for communication and will be proficient in analysis and presentation tools. Technical proficiency in email marketing via an ESP, CMS and CRM will be a plus. Being a customer-centric marketer with a focus on relationship building, using facts and data to lead the conversation, is expected. They’ll influence and engage potential customers and ensure that all marketing activity is aligned to both their own business area and the wider marketing strategy. They’ll also be a team player who collaborates, innovates and uses their passion to drive an exceptional customer experience at every touchpoint. The role is part-time and can be offered on a flexible working pattern of 26 hours per week.
