Join our HR team as a People Operations Specialist/HR Advisor! Work closely with the HR team, reporting to the HR Business Partner. Deliver effective HR operational services across the UK and Ireland. Centralize HR administration, provide expert guidance on employee relations (ER), and maintain informative reporting. Manage employee relations, ensure best practices, oversee HR systems, coordinate payroll, conduct exit interviews, and handle information. Proactive communicator with excellent interpersonal skills. Drive continuous improvement and generate digestible reports. Contribute to projects and represent HR company-wide. Strong HR background, knowledge of ER practices and UK/Ireland employment law.
